I HAVE HAD THIS LIFT INSTALLED AND IN USE FOR LAST 3 MONTHS THE AIR RELEASE DID NOT FULLY RELEASE AND TWO FRONT LEGS BENT. THE POOR DESIGN SHOULD INCLUDE A LOCKOUT IF SAFETY LOCKS DO NOT FULLY DISENGAGE.
I CALLED TO CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS AND THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT SAID THAT THE POWER SIDE LEG IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL THE FIRST OF NOVEMBER (2 MONTHS OUT)AND THEY HAD NO TIME FRAME ON THE OTHER LEG AND THEY HAVE TO BE PAID FOR BEFORE THEY COULD BE BUILT. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT SAID THEY USUALLY HAVE 5 ON HAND BUT THOSE ARE SOLD OUT, I ASKED HIM "IF YOU SOLD OUT OF 5 THAT TELLS ME YOU HAVE A DEFECT IN DESIGN".
HE SEEMED TO AGREE BUT HAD NO SOLUTION. I HAVE OWNED AAMCO AND CHALLENGER LIFTS FOR 20 YEARS WITH NO ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS AND BOUGHT THESE BECAUSE MY NAPA REPRESENTATIVE SAID THESE HAVE BEEN GOOD LIFTS ONLY USED THIS LIFT A DOZEN TIMES WITH TWO BENT LEGS.

Refund for a Cylinder for a QuickJack
We ordered a Cylinder for our QuickJack and later called to reorder the frame which is connected to the cylinder. So we requested a return label that would contain the RMA number.
We talked to Cynthia Vallejo, who say they are a Tech on June 17, 2019 - June 28, 2019 just trying to get them to email the return label. First they tell me that the label has to be approved by a Supervisor who in turn has to get it approved by another Supervisor. Well, finally on June 28, 2019, Cynthia Vallejo told me that her supervisor denied the printing of a return label (how dumb is that). We would have took the package ourselves to FedEx, but without the RMA number we were in fear of not getting our credit card credited.
The Customer service sucks nobody seem to know anything, but they call themselves Technical staff. The whole staff including supervision needs re-training.
Now we are struck with a $207.00 part that we do not need and they refuse for us to send it back, never open the product. If we could rate them a no stars, we would.
We are going to open up a claim in small claims court.

We have 2 bendpak 4 post lifts . I would not recommend them .
We replace cables yearly and are recently getting wrong cables shipped. I am put on hold and shuffled around and given the run around. I would stay away from this company trust me been having trouble getting the right product and given a hard time after i paid for the right cables . I ask them to double check order but it is like talking to a wall.
I am told i will have some one call you.
Still waiting this time they made us keep last wrong cable out of warranty period they said. I am frustrated and very unhappy with bendpak

Dishonest Company - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!!
I believe the wrong lift was shipped to me intentionally because the correct unit was out of stock. Different Bendpac staff I dealt with all had one characteristic in common: they were good at promising a speedy resolution to their shipping the wrong product but they...
Then Bendpac kept extending when the correct frames would be sent. The send date dragged on from a week, to weekS to "the end of next month". Even involved Manager "Oscar". Don't know why Oscar has a job, totally usless, like tits on a bull!
Finally demanded a refund, only then did they email RMA and UPS return shipping labels (return labels took a month to email, and it was their fault they had to go back in the first place because the sent THE WRONG FRAMES).
Refund took so long to actually be credited back to my account that I filed a complaint with my credit card. FINALLY, refund received.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are NOT honest and do not support the customer, nor do they have their customer's best interest at heart.
Save yourself time and frustration by not giving this company a dime!

Lift Switch Nightmare
Order Number is 292130. I do not seek any resolution. Just want to alert others to the problem.
Also, contacted motor and switch people for alternate solutions. Non were practical.
Feel I was mislead. And, their inadequate performance was intentionally covered up. Our project was shutdown as a result. Major setback on schedule and financially. Just being told the truth would have allowed us to make adjustments. Acknowledgement still never received.
Lesson learned. On future lift purchases do not purchase from a manufacturer that uses component manufacturers without multiple parts availability options.

Bendpak Sucks
I just purchased a new BendPak HD-9 with the Air Bottle attachment and the air bottle doesn't work at all. For over a week I have been trying to get BendPak to authorize the return of their defective air bottle and get the run around.
I have celled multiple times and say I have to talk with the etch who is assigned and he isn't available, they say he will call back and doesn't.
Worst customer service experience ever and the air bottle attachment doesn't work either. The company that installed the lify said they have had a horrible expierence witht he air bottle and BandPak service as well.

I wish I read this before I bought my pl-6. it's not even 3 weeks old and has been a nightmare since the first time it went into the air.
long story short... they just sent me 2 new lift pistons because the original ones both failed. a service tech inspected the system and said it was not due to faulty installed, and installed the new ones, and within hours one started to leak.
terrible product. if I could drag it out of my garage I would because it's just in the way now
