Purchase of motorcycle ATV lift

The RML-1500XL lift I received cannot be used as an independent motorcycle lift as advertised. The yellow ramp does not fit the platform, there is no way to secure the front extension without putting on all extensions, there are no holes bored for the tie down loops, the weld quality is horrible, and the customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced.

I HAVE HAD THIS LIFT INSTALLED AND IN USE FOR LAST 3 MONTHS THE AIR RELEASE DID NOT FULLY RELEASE AND TWO FRONT LEGS BENT. THE POOR DESIGN SHOULD INCLUDE A LOCKOUT IF SAFETY LOCKS DO NOT FULLY DISENGAGE.

I CALLED TO CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS AND THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT SAID THAT THE POWER SIDE LEG IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL THE FIRST OF NOVEMBER (2 MONTHS OUT)AND THEY HAD NO TIME FRAME ON THE OTHER LEG AND THEY HAVE TO BE PAID FOR BEFORE THEY COULD BE BUILT. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT SAID THEY USUALLY HAVE 5 ON HAND BUT THOSE ARE SOLD OUT, I ASKED HIM "IF YOU SOLD OUT OF 5 THAT TELLS ME YOU HAVE A DEFECT IN DESIGN".

HE SEEMED TO AGREE BUT HAD NO SOLUTION. I HAVE OWNED AAMCO AND CHALLENGER LIFTS FOR 20 YEARS WITH NO ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS AND BOUGHT THESE BECAUSE MY NAPA REPRESENTATIVE SAID THESE HAVE BEEN GOOD LIFTS ONLY USED THIS LIFT A DOZEN TIMES WITH TWO BENT LEGS.

Autostacker poor product

I ordered a new 6,000# Autostacker lift unit built by Bendpak. Over 3 months a service tech came to my house 6x on a series of product failures, the inside tech support team at Bendpak has no empathy for their customers. I was told by the people in the field that most of the Autstackers are failing due to bugs with a 'new product'. If I didn't have so much invested in the product I would pull it and order a competitors product. I'm confident I will have issues with this product in the future and need to replace. Beware.

I wish I read this before I bought my pl-6. it's not even 3 weeks old and has been a nightmare since the first time it went into the air.

long story short... they just sent me 2 new lift pistons because the original ones both failed. a service tech inspected the system and said it was not due to faulty installed, and installed the new ones, and within hours one started to leak.

terrible product. if I could drag it out of my garage I would because it's just in the way now

Use lift 4 times out of the 3 years own, the hydraulic cylinder on one side fails to hold pressure. They're warranty sucks as the end resolution i had to buy a new cylinder. Sent me the wrong one and then when i finally got the right part, with things going on, i never got around to install the new one in until 3 monhs afterward. Turns out after already 1300 in for the system and now another 200 for the NEW cylinder, it didnt fix thd issue as the bleeder valve started leaking. Figure it was brand new they would replace but once i calledxand advise about the leak, i was advise their warranty for parts are only 90 days of which i *** out of luck. Told me to buy another one. What horrible customer service to reading off the script.

Refund for a Cylinder for a QuickJack

We ordered a Cylinder for our QuickJack and later called to reorder the frame which is connected to the cylinder. So we requested a return label that would contain the RMA number.

We talked to Cynthia Vallejo, who say they are a Tech on June 17, 2019 - June 28, 2019 just trying to get them to email the return label. First they tell me that the label has to be approved by a Supervisor who in turn has to get it approved by another Supervisor. Well, finally on June 28, 2019, Cynthia Vallejo told me that her supervisor denied the printing of a return label (how dumb is that). We would have took the package ourselves to FedEx, but without the RMA number we were in fear of not getting our credit card credited.

The Customer service sucks nobody seem to know anything, but they call themselves Technical staff. The whole staff including supervision needs re-training.

Now we are struck with a $207.00 part that we do not need and they refuse for us to send it back, never open the product. If we could rate them a no stars, we would.

We are going to open up a claim in small claims court.

Poor product

About five weeks ago, I received the hoist from Northern Tool and after waiting to heal fro surgery I watched the video to be sure the assembly was correct. Upon assembly, I connected the hoses and poured in the first quart of fluid. The next thing I knew was that I had fluid all over the floor. I called your customer service people , and I am not sure if Cynthia has a crystal ball or what, but she told me the "O" ring was bad. Well I took her word for it and she sent me a new "O" ring which came today. Upon removal of the oil reservoir I find the "O" ring is perfect, but the reservoir is broke. The video said the hoist was tested. Well apparently not very well. Now YOU have my $1700.00, and I have a piece of $1700.00 junk. My ticket number is 25955, and my home phone is 740-473-****. Please make this right. My name is Bob Hoffman, from Ohio. Also I think your language is pitiful as I am a pastor.

We have 2 bendpak 4 post lifts . I would not recommend them .

We replace cables yearly and are recently getting wrong cables shipped. I am put on hold and shuffled around and given the run around. I would stay away from this company trust me been having trouble getting the right product and given a hard time after i paid for the right cables . I ask them to double check order but it is like talking to a wall.

I am told i will have some one call you.

Still waiting this time they made us keep last wrong cable out of warranty period they said. I am frustrated and very unhappy with bendpak

Purchased Ranger Target 3D Pro Imaging Aligner

Ranger Target 3D Pro Imaging Aligner We purchased this machine 3 years ago through Babco.com for my automotive repair shop, and it has just been a nightmare. When we unboxed the machine at arrival and I was surprised to find cheap imported off brand components instead of the quality computer and accessories that were advertised to us. What you get for you money: A bare bones Dell computer with a Intel Pentium(R) processor which is slower then your average cell phone, a cheap mouse and keyboard with Korean characters all over it, the top monitor is made by a company called Sanqiang, the bottom monitor is made by a company called Cast, and the power bar within the alignment machine that powers the computer/monitors/cameras do not use North American standard plugs but some strange Asian outlets. When we first got the machine set up by our authorized dealer we found that all the wiring (monitor/camera/power cables) are extremely short and have to be stretched out just to reach the computer ports. The installer also had to alter the bottom protective plate for the power cables because the one supplied with the machine did not fit. On the first initial boot up of the alignment machine is when the cheap components showed their true nature. First the top monitor would not display any images, after a long conversation between the installer and the technical support they diagnosed that the video splitter for the monitors was faulty and needed to be replaced. After waiting for them to ship us the replacement part and getting it installed we found that the bottom monitor had multi colored lines running through it and the top one had tons of dead pixels. So once again we waited for them to ship us new monitors and once we had them installed we found they would flicker. Suspecting that it would not get any better then this and having a business to run we let it slide and started using the machine. Unfortunately our problems did not end there despite the cheap quality of the machines hardware the software is ultimately the downfall of this machine. First thing we noticed was the program constantly freezes at various stages during the alignment which will cost a shop time and money not to mention will drive your flat rate technicians crazy. The data base for vehicle alignment specifications is just as bad, if you are able to find the vehicle you are working on 90% of the time the specifications are wrong. The program does allow you to enter custom vehicles however there is no way to make left and right side camber/caster angles different from each other even though manufacturer specifications dictates they are different. We have spent hours emailing/texting/talking with technical support and despite multiple updates and allowing them to take remote access of our machine for diagnostics, 3 years later its still riddled with problems and I still have nothing good to say about this machine. Service sucks paid for part that was never shipped called customer service a an idiot by the name of shedlock gave me a whole lot of b/s and then gave me a bogus email address.....tried email adds on company website and all of them were bogus.... will call tommorow a nd go throught the *** again...This company needs to improve the product they sell....it's made cheaply with chinesee *** to to to to to to to three four five six seven eight nine ten 44 rain so for six ten 44 sixty do not vote see the for vee we It would appear the sleepy little town of Hudson Florida has turned into one of the busiest towns on the nature coast for *** consumtion. Between the syringes and other drug paraphernalia found on the streets of the city to the homeless breaking in to vacant houses to do their drugs or take a nap Hudson has turned into a the biggest drug infested community in Florida. After many attempts to get Jack Mariano’s (district 5 commissioner) attention in this matter all my requests for his help have landed on deaf ears…..If Jack doesn’t get his act together about fixing this problem the Methheads and homeless will be the only condo buyers for his multimillion dollar project on Sea Ranch Dr.. Jack start worrying about your constituency instead of worrying about your wallet.

I believe the wrong lift was shipped to me intentionally because the correct unit was out of stock. Different Bendpac staff I dealt with all had one characteristic in common: they were good at promising a speedy resolution to their shipping the wrong product but they...

I ordered an extended frame QuickJack 5000 EXT car lift and Bendpac sent the standard length frame lift. Turns out the extended length frames were out of stock and I believe they thought I wouldn't notice.

Then Bendpac kept extending when the correct frames would be sent. The send date dragged on from a week, to weekS to "the end of next month". Even involved Manager "Oscar". Don't know why Oscar has a job, totally usless, like tits on a bull!
Finally demanded a refund, only then did they email RMA and UPS return shipping labels (return labels took a month to email, and it was their fault they had to go back in the first place because the sent THE WRONG FRAMES).

Refund took so long to actually be credited back to my account that I filed a complaint with my credit card. FINALLY, refund received.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are NOT honest and do not support the customer, nor do they have their customer's best interest at heart.

Save yourself time and frustration by not giving this company a dime! Wtf

Push button on electric motor failed. Contacted Bendpak parts. Able to determine motor manufacturer replacement part number. Web search indicated it was not available anywhere in North America. Contact Bendpak Parts. It was in stock. Placed an order with what I interpreted as a commitment to ship same day. Never received the promised acknowledgement. Called in next business day to determine status. Said it had been shipped and acknowledgement should be received anytime. Provided info that Fed Ex would be delivering on a specified day. When that day passed called in again asking for updated info. Only when I insisted on tracking number did I find the ship date had been missed.
Also, contacted motor and switch people for alternate solutions. Non were practical.
Feel I was mislead. And, their inadequate performance was intentionally covered up. Our project was shutdown as a result. Major setback on schedule and financially. Just being told the truth would have allowed us to make adjustments. Acknowledgement still never received.
Lesson learned. On future lift purchases do not purchase from a manufacturer that uses component manufacturers without multiple parts availability options.

Need only 2 electrical capacitors

they do not offer the capacitors,they tell you plainly that you need to buy a whole electrical assembly.also,this 4 post lift has been on service only 1 year.bought them on 2015 they were sitting for 2 years,installed them last year,already had problems with a relay to start with, bought 4 relays to have spare ones,they did not work,called them, then they said we gonna send you the originals?????they are playing a game with the customers. i still have a note with their bank,but after im done ,i will never buy another lift from them!!! also ....they are making them in CHINA.......

Bendpak Sucks

I just purchased a new BendPak HD-9 with the Air Bottle attachment and the air bottle doesn't work at all. For over a week I have been trying to get BendPak to authorize the return of their defective air bottle and get the run around.

I have celled multiple times and say I have to talk with the etch who is assigned and he isn't available, they say he will call back and doesn't.

Worst customer service experience ever and the air bottle attachment doesn't work either. The company that installed the lify said they have had a horrible expierence witht he air bottle and BandPak service as well.

Frustration!!

The company I work for owns several vehicle lifts. One of the hydraulic tank reservoirs was under so much pressure that the spout burst. I called and requested some support, and this is where the fun began: Day 1: rude answering, combined with, "You know, that's not covered under the warranty!" me: "I understand, it's older, my technician likely broke it--I just need to know the part number so I can place the order. Can you please help?" .... "let me transfer you." I was transferred 7 times that day, I emailed pictures, and still no one could address my problem, even though a case was opened. Day 2: Returned my call in the morning from the service center (best thing to happen thus far). The service guy said he knew exactly what was wrong, that the part was in stock and he'd send it that day. EXCELLENT! ...until he sent the wrong unit. Day 6: I called, and said that it was the wrong unit, that I needed a certain part, but still don't know the part number, and I'd like to return it. **Crickets** Multiple emails, calls, etc. Day 12: Still nothing. I call everyday, and get transferred 2-3 times, then told "we'll look into it; i'll check with the manager" etc. Stopped responding to my emails. My company is out $200 and 2 weeks lost production time. I'm a reasonable person---i'm not swearing at anyone on the phone, i'm not accusing them of poor quality. But their customer service is terrible, and I've tried to request to speak to a manager to tell them, but i'm not allowed to.
